Pet fee applies. - Enclosed dry bath: Shower, sink, toilet & vanity. - Full kitchen: 2 burner stovetop with range, microwave, LP gas/elec refrigerator, double sinks, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, glassware, utensils. - AC & Heat: a 13,500-btu roof air conditioner, 6,000 BTU heater and a 6-gallon LP gas/electric water heater. - Great storage: Overhead cabinets throughout, a closet to hang clothes in & exterior compartment storage. - Exterior patio light: For outside dining & entertaining. - Sizeable holding tanks for extended boondocking: 27-gallon fresh, black & 39-gallon grey water tanks, 27-gallon fresh water tank, 2 x 5-gallon LP gas tanks. - Tandem axels with new tires, 4-wheel electric brakes & anti-sway bars. - Manual stabilizer jacks.
