aVANda is a 2019 mercedes-benz diesel sprinter van custom designed as a modern farmhouse on wheels. she features all the luxuries of home while living among the incredible outdoors. professionally converted, aVANda is equipped with a permanent full/queen sized bed with double-stacked organic mattress, kitchen with butcher block countertop, farmhouse sink, drawer-style refrigerator, dual-top stove (propane), and cooking utensils to make delicious two-pan van-meals. aVANda's cabinetry was handcrafted by local Colorado carpenters and includes a closet with a clothes rack and shelves. full-sized "garage" stores your gear and toys with access to the outdoor shower. chomping & chilling: L-shaped couch + dining setup with a Lagun swivel table to use for eating/working/playing cards/crafting/whatever your heart desires. under the seating includes abundance of storage + a dry-flush toilet shall the occasion arise. hydration & hygiene: 14-gallon fresh water tank pumps to both the kitchen sink and outdoor shower (off the back of the van). turn on the water heater for those who prefer a warm shower ;) 7-gallon grey water tank drains from the kitchen sink after washing dishes & your face. technical 'stuff' that makes aVANda a badass & SAFE: Dual Top Evo heater/hot water heater installed by Webasto certified technician, 4.6 cubic foot Isotherm refrigerator, Ramblewood GC2-48P propane stove, 3KW Power Tech Diesel generator, Dometic AC unit, MaxxAir Fan, 340Ah AGM Battery Bank, 3000W Inverter/Charger, 200 W Solar Array, Shore Power, Alternator Charger Relay (ACR), Circuit Breakers, Dry Flush toilet, propane detector. created as a home that can be taken *almost* anywhere, aVANda will appreciate the adventures you bring her on. she is NOT made for off-roading, nor excessive wear and tear, so please treat her with respect and kindness. but do enjoy her Aluminess side-ladder to climb atop and soak in the views. enjoy creating memories of this incredible life. +++ outfitted for two: camp chairs, camping table, linens, cookware, utensils, drinkware. hot water kettle, french press, ninja blender. camping gear upon request. airport pickup as an option (to be determined with host). +++ aVANda explored the majority of the US as i lived in her full-time for over 3 years. she has taken ferries to islands, driven through the redwoods, camped at the gorge, and trekked many a national parks. aVANda prefers mild to moderate temperatures - although she is a year-round campervan. she is not 4x4 so please do not take her off-roading otherwise you will end up stuck and damaged.
