Ultimately, this unit will come with everything you need to enjoy a care-free RV'ing experience. We will provide all details upon request. We take pride in providing you with a stress free experience and will give you a full walk through of the unit upon pickup or delivery. Unit will be cleaned and sanitized prior to each rental. We ask that you return unit in a the same clean condition with all primary bed linens left in place and all other dirty bed linens placed on the primary bed. All wet towels and rags should be placed in the shower. Our recommendation when booking RV sites - please make sure to reserve 'full' hookups. There is absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind allowed inside the unit. Any hint of cigarette/vape/cigar will drive a professional cleaning fee of $450. Just a reminder, pets are not allowed in this unit. We are pet lovers, but our next guest may not. Please return unit with empty tanks (grey & black), or a $150 surcharge will be applied. Also refuel gasoline and propane to avoid refueling costs. **Note: This unit requires 13' of height clearance.**
