Camp and travel in comfort, easy to drive, 2 bathrooms!

Great RV for a family! Can sleep up to 7. Easy to drive, no special license required. Things we love about this coach: Tons of storage inside the coach and down below in outside compartments. Large open space and lots of room when both slides are out, but can also fully function with slides in, full access to both bathrooms, kitchen, and most beds even while traveling. This is a great feature for multi-day drives where you aren't getting fully set up at a camp site. Sleeping details: rear queen bed, bunk beds, U shaped convertible dinette, and pull out sleeper sofa- full size bed. Bathrooms: Full bathroom in the rear with large linen closet, full size shower with wand. A second half bath is super convenient for larger groups and also has a large cupboard for toiletries. Kitchen: residential sized fridge/freezer with ice maker, microwave, 3 burner stove, oven, double stainless sink, plenty of cabinets and drawers, sink, elevated faucet, large workspace for cooking. Living area: sleeper sofa, u-shaped dinette, tv, front captains chairs rotate fully and can set up a second table when parked. Master bedroom: queen sized bed with storage underneath, large wardrobe closets, tv/entertainment center, nightstands, and connected bathroom with full sized shower, storage, sink, and toilet. TVs: one in main room, 1 in master bedroom, one outside in compartment. Other: Ford Triton V10, self leveling jacks, Cummins generator, solar array, back up and side cameras make parking and lane changes easy. This has been a fantastic vehicle for our family, you will not regret taking this on your next road trip! **Important Info Before You Book With Us! Before you rent our RV, we just want to make sure you’re clear on a few important things — that way, there are no surprises later! Some tasks need to be done before you return the RV, or you can add them as optional services when you book. If they aren't done, the related fees will apply. Here’s what’s expected: Tanks: Black and grey tanks must be emptied properly. If you're not comfortable doing this, just add the tank service when you book ($75 if not done). Fuel: Please return the RV with a full gas tank. Otherwise, we’ll refuel it for you at $6 per gallon. Propane: Refill the propane tank before returning, or we can refill for $125. Cleaning: The RV needs to be left clean inside — dishes washed, garbage taken out, surfaces wiped down, floors swept/mopped, bathrooms cleaned. (Prep fee at booking doesn’t cover return cleaning.) If not cleaned properly, a $250 post-trip cleaning fee will apply. Washing linens and the RV’s exterior are on us! Just pile used linens in the shower. Timing: Please return the RV on time at 12:00pm to avoid a late fee (unless we’ve pre-arranged something different).
