Just a few things to note before your trip: 1. The A/C runs off electricity and the heater runs off of propane, so you’ll have to plan accordingly if you’d like to use them. 2. We don’t provide a generator so if you are camping without hookups you would want to bring your own. 3. We provide bedding for the queen bed only. 4. We provide RV friendly toilet paper. 5. A propane tank will be provided, but we can’t guarantee it’s a full tank so if you plan on using a lot of propane, you might want to bring your own. 6. There are solar panels and those will provide enough juice to power the refrigerator (at a reasonable temp), charge phones/small electronics through the outlets, the indoor/outdoor speakers, awning, and lights. 7. There are mounts inside and outside for a television if you want to bring your own to hookup. 8. We allow pets, just don’t let them tear things up and remember to not leave them in a warm trailer throughout the day! 9. If you, your children, or your furry friends are muddy, you can use the outdoor shower to rinse off before coming in. 10. I will clean after so no need to deep clean! We just request that you remove the trash, and empty the black and gray tanks before returning the trailer. 11. We work from home so we are pretty flexible for check ins and check outs. Just let me know when works best for you so we can plan ahead! 12. Hitch is 2-5/16. 13. $75 charge for not emptying a tank upon return. 14.
