This is the perfect camper for your vacation, and it has everything you need to make your family getaway unforgettable! Inside, the private master bedroom with a true queen-size bed makes for comfortable, cozy nights! The living area’s entertainment system, bunk beds, couch/pull-out bed, and premier kitchen/dining area can accommodate all your family’s needs for relaxation on vacation. There is also plenty of storage space to stock your supplies, and a full bathroom with its own exterior door for easy access. Outside, you and your loved ones can relax in the shade of the electric awning next to the lake, in the mountains, or wherever you decide to roam. This camper has it all for an unforgettable, relaxing family vacation! The rental includes linens for the master bedroom, washcloths and towels, and basic toiletries for the bathroom. With this delivery-only rental, you have the freedom to choose your ideal camping spot. The camper is capable of connecting to full sewer hookups, 30-amp and 50-amp power, and it comes with two full 20-lb propane tanks. This means you can set up camp at almost any campground you choose, giving you the flexibility to tailor your vacation to your family's preferences.  Renters are responsible for all campground reservations and informing the owner at least one week before the scheduled delivery. If the camper is rented for more than 3 days, you will need a full-hookup site with water and sewer. Note that the holding tanks for grey water (dirty dish and sink water) and black water (sewage) are limited to 74 combined gallons and 32 gallons, respectively.  Delivery and setup are $149 within a 40-mile radius. The maximum distance I will travel from my residence is 60 miles by road. There is a $2.00 per mile charge for delivery beyond the 40-mile limit. This fee (the delivery fee) will cover delivery, setup, all preparation, sanitization, gray- and black-water offload, and trash disposal from the unit, both before and after each rental.  Absolutely Not Allowed: Smoking / Vaping (the security deposit fee will be automatically forfeited due to severe allergy issues in my family)  Cleaning supplies are provided. Renters are expected to return the camper in good order to avoid a fee deduction from their security deposit for excessive cleaning.  If the owner or his representative makes additional trips to the campsite for issues that could have been avoided (e.g., a full graywater tank or a clogged toilet), service fees of not less than $100 per trip shall apply. Please address any questions or concerns about the camper during setup to avoid unnecessary trips and fees.
